Pick Up

Pick up from Dubai hotels/buildings will be within 30 minutes of your booked time. Pick-up from Port Rashid-Dubai Port & Dubai International Airport is available. On the other hand, Pick-up from Sharjah City and Al Qusais area is accessible merely from Pullman Hotel Deira city center. Any changes in Pick up location and time will be notified by email. The tour time includes the pick-up and drops off schedules too.

To Know before you book

• Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Dress Code
• Women must wear long, loose clothing to ensure that their arms and legs are fully covered. Women are also required to cover. their heads at all times. However, a long Abaya with a scarf (long black-dress attire) will be provided by the operator at a charge of USD 5 per guest. which must be returned back.
• Men must not reveal any flesh above their knees and their shoulders must be covered. Failure to do so will result in refused entry.
• Please note, no clothes are provided for men.
• It is not possible to visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque during any Islamic festivals.
  The mosque will remain open from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Fridays.
• The duration of the tour includes the time required for hotel pick-up, drop off also the distance to and from the destination.
• Infants are Free of charge if they do not occupy a seat.
• It is not recommended to book this tour on a Friday since it is an official holiday.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel the activity, the cancellation policy on the WHITE LILIES TOURISM LLC voucher is authoritative. We advise the customer to carefully read the information on the WHITE LILIES TOURISM LLC voucher to get the required information. If there is no cancellation policy stated on the WHITE LILIES TOUTRISM LLC voucher or the product page the following cancellation charges will be levied by the same for the respective services:

• Up to 7 days before the beginning of the activity: full refund will be made ( unless in case of prepaid or non-refundable tickets 100% cancellation charges will be applicable)
• Up to 4 days or if there is no show the day prior to the beginning of the activity: no refund will be made
  You reserve the right to demonstrate that the supplier suffered a small loss through the cancellation than indicated by these rules.
• The refund will be made within 30 working days by crediting the respective card used. If the credit card payment is made before the use of the booked service is not honored or revoked, this will be considered as a booking cancellation and cancellation fees will be charged. Further claims for damages are reserved.
