Sunset Lounge Experience

Pick up

You will be picked up from your Central hotel in Dubai, from one of the selected areas including- Port Rashid cruise terminal, Deira, Bur Dubai, Jumeirah, Business Bay, Trade center, Al Barsha, Al Barsha Heights, JLT, Palm Jumeirah, and Marina. Pick-up from other locations in Dubai is also available upon request with an additional payment depending upon the location.

The pick-up time will be within 45 minutes of your booked time. You will be notified by WhatsApp, phone call, or email if in case of any changes.

Pickup Time: Between 0830– 0900 hrs on Seat In Coach Vehicle / 0900 hrs on Private Vehicle

To Know before you book

• Pick-up will be within 30 minutes of your booked time example
  if your selected time 0800 hrs means you can expect the guide any time from
  0830 to 0900 hrs and you should be ready at the hotel/building lobby from 0800 hrs.
• If there are any changes in the Sharjah city tour, you will be notified by email.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy can be applied as per the following sections and plans

If you cancel the activity, the cancellation policy on the WHITE LILIES TOURISM LLC voucher is authoritative. We advise the customer to carefully read the information on the WHITE LILIES TOURISM LLC voucher to get the required information. If there is no cancellation policy stated on the WHITE LILIES TOUTRISM LLC voucher or the product page the following cancellation charges will be levied by the same for the respective services:

• Up to 7 days before the beginning of the activity: full refund will be made ( unless in case of prepaid or non-refundable tickets 100% cancellation charges will be applicable)
• Upto 4 days or if there is no show the day prior to the beginning of the activity : no refund will be made
  You reserve the right to demonstrate that the supplier suffered a small loss through the cancellation than indicated by these rules.
• The refund will be made within 30 working days by crediting the respective card used. If the credit card payment is made before the use of the booked service is not honored or revoked, this will be considered as a booking cancellation and cancellation fees will be charged. Further claims for damages are reserved.
