Pick up

You will be picked up from your hotel in Dubai, from one of the selected areas including Deira, Bur Dubai, Jumeirah, Business Bay, Trade centre, Al Barsha, Al Barsha heights, JLT, Palm Jumeirah and Marina. Pick-up from other locations is also available upon request with an additional payment depending upon the location.
Pick-up time will be within 45 minutes of your booked time. You will be notified by WhatsApp, phone call or email if in case of any changes.

Cancellation policy

Cancel up to 48 hours will be full refund, after 48 hours will be full charge.
Service Charge applicable as per the bank.

If you cancel the activity, the cancellation policy on the WHITE LILIES TOURISM LLC voucher is authoritative. • Up to 7 days before the beginning of the activity: full refund will be made ( unless in case of prepaid or non-refundable tickets 100% cancellation charges will be applicable)
• Upto 4 days or if there is no show the day prior to the beginning of the activity : no refund will be made
  You reserve the right to demonstrate that the supplier suffered a small loss through the cancellation than indicated by these rules.
• The refund will be made within 30 working days by crediting the respective card used. If the credit card payment is made before the use of the booked service is not honored or revoked, this will be considered as a booking cancellation and cancellation fees will be charged. Further claims for damages are reserved.
